We have eliminated all third-party debt, strengthened our financial foundation, and we are positioned to reinvest in our business for long-term success.

Important Changes: Consolidation of Legal Entities and EIN Update 

As part of this transition, we are consolidating Avante’s various legal entities into a single legal entity — Avante Health Solutions, LLC — with one Employer Identification Number (EIN). This change simplifies our structure, making it easier for us to work with you and ensuring consistency in your experience using all of our service offerings.

To reflect this change, we will operate solely under the name Avante Health Solutions, LLC with one EIN number for all our business segments. Please take a moment to review and update your records accordingly.
