Avante Medical Surgical will provide a formal, written price quotation confirming an informal verbal or emailed price. This can be communicated by email, fax, or postal mail. Due to the nature of our business, all equipment quoted is subjected to availability and/or prior sale.
We also work with customers who have medical equipment available for trade-in. Ask your Avante Medical Surgical representative about this option.
When you are ready to order, please contact us to confirm current prices, payment arrangement, availability, and delivery time of your medical equipment or accessories. Whenever possible, we request a hard copy purchase order to ensure that your order is processed properly.
This warranty from Avante Medical Surgical is given in place of all other warranties, expressed or implied. No statement or claim about the product by an employee, agent, or dealer of our equipment shall constitute a warranty by Avante Medical Surgical or give rise to any liability or obligation on our part.
Avante Medical Surgical warranties its equipment to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with appropriate maintenance. Length of warranty varies from product to product, so please confirm with your Avante Medical Surgical representative for specific warranty coverage. For plastics, rubber, or other expendable items, we warrant only that such parts will be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.
Avante Medical Surgical will repair or replace any defective item or parts covered under the warranty that are returned to us within the warranty period. For us to process your claim, the following information is required: RMA number (obtained from Avante Medical Surgical), a letter stating the problem, serial number, and copy of the invoice. In lieu of an invoice, the purchaser's name, date of purchase, phone number, and address must be provided.
Equipment that has been damaged during shipment is excluded from this warranty and will be repaired for a fee. Please contact your freight company to submit any claims for shipping damage.
Please do not have your equipment repaired by a third party without our prior written authorization. Doing so may void your original warranty.
In some areas, where we have properly trained, certified, and equipped Authorized Service Representatives, we may be able to offer you an Extended Warranty for your equipment. Upon expiration of our warranty, you may obtain preventive maintenance and repairs from the original manufacturer or from any organization of your choice.
A customer service representative from Avante Medical Surgical must authorize all returns and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The following information should be available:
Avante Medical Surgical lists popular medical and surgical equipment in the marketplace. Our factory new items are usually available and in stock. Because of frequent changes in supply and demand, the current inventory of used and refurbished items are evaluated on a quote by quote basis. Our staff will check Avante inventory as well as availability from other industry partners. If the specific item requested is not in stock, we will quote a suitable replacement for the item.
Items listed on the website are for informational purposes only. Although we intend to keep up-to-date information, occasionally information that needs to be updated will remain on the site. Please base your purchasing decision on specific information you receive from your Avante Medical Surgical sales representative. The product description is not intended to match the exact configuration and options that will be quoted by your sales representative. The picture shown is a representation of the product, not the actual product in stock. If you would like an actual photograph of the product, you can arrange this with your sales representative.
These terms and conditions are put forth by Avante Oncology Services ("Seller"). If any of these terms and conditions are not acceptable to the buyer, the seller must notified promptly. Any provision of the buyer's form that is inconsistent with these terms and conditions is hereby objected to by the seller.
Except as hereinafter provided, prices quoted in writing are firm for orders placed within 60 days of the quotation date which call for shipment within 6 months of the quotation date. Prices for orders which do not call for shipment within 6 months of the quotation date shall be the prices in effect at the time of shipment, unless otherwise specifically negotiated at the time of order placement. All prices are F.O.B. Shipping Point, unless otherwise specified. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Each shipment shall be a separate transaction and shall be made accordingly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for products shall be made in advance by credit card or electronic funds transfer. Credit terms may be extended at the sole discretion of Avante Oncology Services based on purchase and credit history of the buyer. If, in the exclusive judgment of, the financial condition of the buyer at any time does not justify the commencement or continuance of shipment on the terms specified in advance, the seller may suspend shipment until such payment is made and may cancel the buyer's order if such payment is not received by the seller within 30 days after delivery in person, or by mailing of said demand by the seller. If shipments are delayed from the buyer, payments shall become due from the date the seller is prepared to make shipment. The seller may setoff any amount due from the buyer, whether or not under this agreement, against any amount that may become due to the buyer hereunder.
The prices quoted are subject to any addition which may be necessary to cover any tax, charge, or duty now existing or hereafter imposed by federal, state, or municipal authorities upon goods or services herein described, or the production, sale, distribution, or delivery thereof, or upon any feature of this transaction. The buyer shall pay any collection fees and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the seller in enforcing this agreement.
Delivery of products shall be F.O.B. Shipping Point. Risk of loss and title shall pass to the buyer upon tender of the goods by seller to the carrier. Any claims for loss or damage after risk of loss has passed as herein provided shall be filed with the carrier. Seller shall retain a security interest in the goods until payment in full is received.
Avante Oncology Services warrants all parts for a period of 120 days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified.
Seller's total liability and the buyer's exclusive remedy under this contract is limited, at the seller's option, to repair or replacement of any part covered by the warranty, for which part shall be returned to the seller's shipping point, transportation charges prepaid, within 130 days from shipment of such part by the Seller and which Seller, at its sole discretion, determines to be defective. Seller shall at its own discretion either replace the defective item or issue credit to the buyer at the original selling price. The seller is not responsible for warranty replacement or credit due to the buyer's negligence. Seller shall have no liability to the buyer for consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost revenue, damages to other equipment, or liability for injury to a third party.
Except for returns of defective parts under warranty described above, parts shall only be accepted for return if they have not been used or installed. Parts must be returned in the original packaging with seals intact within 90 days of shipment. Returns must be approved in advance by Avante Oncology Services and assigned a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to shipment. Restocking fees shall apply per the Seller's Restocking Fee Policy (as detailed below) unless previously agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Avante Oncology Services.

This agreement constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between Avante Oncology Services and the buyer on this subject and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written thereon. No waiver, alteration, or modification of any of the provisions hereof shall be binding on the seller unless in writing and signed by duly authorized representative of the seller and buyer.
Customers of Avante Patient Monitoring may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your product back to us. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period allows for shipping, processing your return, and coordinating with your bank to process our refund request.
Avante Patient Monitoring can ship products to virtually any address in the world. Please note there are restrictions on some products, and some products can not be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
