Meet Avante International Account Executive Francisco Cano

One of Avante’s key account executives in the Latin American market is Francisco Cano, originally from San Cristobal, Venezuela. Francisco has been with Avante since 2011, where he works directly with Spanish speaking clients and helps to build Avante’s Spanish language resources. We talked with Francisco to learn about his clients and his experience working at Avante Health Solutions.

How is Avante Health Solutions accessible to clients whose primary language is Spanish?

Avante Health Solutions attracts a great deal of traffic online, and of course our website is translated to Spanish to make sure our Spanish speaking visitors feel welcome.

We put together email campaigns geared specifically toward our Latin American clients. They are completely in Spanish, and they feature equipment catered to their needs. I also keep up with our always growing inventory of products, translating sales sheets as needed to meet the demand.

While we strive to make our web properties accommodating for Spanish speakers, we also recognize that nothing can replace face-to-face meetings. Avante attends major trade shows that are crucial to the Latin American market including ExpoMED, FIME, Medecu, and more.
