Chrome plated brass. The Laryngoscope handle that may be completely immersed in liquid. The secret is the o-rings which create a watertight seal that keeps the moisture out-allowing you to keep the batteries in when you soak the Dolphin. The Dolphin is a high quality standard/conventional chrome-plated brass handle that will fit all standard/conventional laryngoscope blades manufactured to the ISO standard 7376. Medium/Std. Handle & Small/Penlight Handle. Rusch offers a reliable tradition of high quality standard laryngoscope handles that are compatible with all standard/conventional blades manufactured to ISO 7673 standards.
