The Position
The dates for the trip to Chile will be November 2-10, 2019. We are looking for individuals who may or may not have a medical background and who have a desire to share the gospel via medical clinics. The team will be a balance of medical and non-medical personnel. Trip space is limited.
Team Members
Individuals with or without a medical background. For those with a medical skill, any Primary Care Provider, DRs, NPs, PAs; RNs, LPNs, CNAs; PT; Dietitian; EMT, Paramedic; Chiropractor are welcome to apply.
Ministry Support Funds: $1,200 per participant
Ministry support funds cover all local travel, accommodations, meals and supplies used throughout the trip. A predetermined amount of $100 is submitted when assigned to a team, to reserve placement on the team. The balance is submitted 30 days prior to departure. Funds may be submitted by the team participant or by others on their behalf.
Airfare: $1,000-$1,500
International airfare varies, ranging from $1,000-$1,500, including taxes. A visa or special vaccinations are not required for entry into Chile. Information from a travel agent will be provided to each team member by the team leader to ensure that we all arrive on the same flight into our area of ministry in Chile.
Personal Money
Bring $100 US to use for personal expenses or to purchase gifts. There will be some time scheduled to allow team members to do some tourist shopping while in Chile.
