Avante Ultrasound has gained a reputation as the premier technical knowledge base in ultrasound equipment. Our large staff of factory trained service engineers is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. When you call in, you won't be transferred out of the country to someone with an answer sheet. You will however, talk to a live person with extensive knowledge of ultrasound equipment. Technical support is a FREE service that Avante has been providing to our customer from the beginning.

When ultrasound equipment problems arise at your facility, you need trained technicians on your side and ready to help. Avante's comprehensive service contracts provide ultrasound facilities with dedicated service professionals whose sole responsibility is to manage your ultrasound service and repair needs, allowing you to focus on what you do best – providing quality care to your patients.

We have strategically located, factory-trained ultrasound service and technical support engineers on site at our Avante facilities and across the United States. If you're outside our current coverage area, we have technicians standing by ready to make the trip to your facility. At Avante, we pride ourselves on being self-sufficient by taking care of our customers with our own skilled engineers. When you call in to request a repair, our state-of-the-art ERP system makes it easy to efficiently schedule your service appointment.

Global Care (Full Protection)

  • Safety testing to ensure the equipment passes ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1:2005 leakage current standards.
  • 99% Uptime guarantee on the system ability to perform clinical studies.
  • Unlimited Parts to maintain system performance
  • Unlimited Transducer replacements for normal failure.
  • Unlimited Labor & Travel to maintain system performance.
  • 2 Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections per year.

Global Bio-Medical Support Agreement

  • Quality Assurance Certification to fulfill Accreditation Requirements
  • Safety testing to ensure the equipment passes ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1:2005 leakage current standards.
  • Unlimited Labor & Travel to support the Bio-Medical Engineer maintain system performance.
  • Unlimited Parts to maintain system performance
  • Unlimited Transducer replacements for normal failure.
  • 3 seats to Ultrasound Platform training, conducted at GMI (x3)
  • 2 Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections per year.

Shared Global Care (Full Protection)

  • Quality Assurance Certification to fulfill Accreditation Requirements
  • Safety testing to ensure the equipment passes ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1:2005 leakage current standards.
  • Labor & Travel for 2 emergency service repairs per year
  • Parts needed for two emergency service repairs per system per year.
  • Limited to 1 free Transducer replacements per system per year for normal failure.
  • 2 Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections per system per year.

Global Console Support Agreement

  • Unlimited Parts to maintain system performance.
  • 20% discount of Travel & Labor.
  • Discounted probe repair and replacement

Global Preventative Maintenance Service Contract

  • Quality Assurance Certification to fulfill Accreditation Requirements
  • Safety testing to ensure the equipment passes ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1:2005 leakage current standards.
  • 2 Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections per year.
  • 20% discount of travel and labor
